On Monday, Markus Myrie, the son of Reggae-Dancehall legend Buju Banton, posted a photo and issued an apology on Instagram to his father.
In the apology, Markus claimed he regret what he said about his father and that he does not hate him. While apologizing, Markus asked his father to look at fatherhood as more than just a title and financial support. Also, asking Buju to be a better father to his siblings.
Some celebrities have commended Markus on his apology by reposting the picture of him and his father to promote the importance of family. Some of these celebrities were Bugle, Popcaan, Spragga Benz and more.
On Thursday, Markus blasted his dad while asking President Trump to send him back to prison. Markus also said that he would have pressed charges which means that he and Buju Banton may have gotten into a physical fight.
