Jamaica has recorded 7 more Covid-19 related deaths, pushing that tally to 1,943.
The Ministry of Health is also reporting 98 new positive cases, pushing the country’s total confirmed cases to 85, 261.
Of the new cases, 46 are males, 52 females.
Kingston and St. Andrew had the highest number of cases with 30, followed by St. Catherine with 18.
122 persons have recovered in the last 24 hours, pushing total recoveries to 53, 660.
There are 29,070 active cases.
