Dancehall sensation Shenseea took to her Tiktok live yesterday (February 19) to speak on the inspiration for one of her latest singles “Hit and Run”.
The “Blessed” singer during her live mentioned that her song was influenced by a personal experience with an ex-boyfriend.
The 26-year-old singer recalls reaching out to her ex, during a moment of desperation to which he tried to pursue after by texting her daily.
The “Sold Out” singer whose real name is Chinseea Lee chuckled before stating that “desperate times calls for desperate measures”.
Shen also mentioned that she had to remind him that they broke up for a reason, she was only seeking a “hit and run”.
