Two promoters were on Sunday arrested and charged for hosting a party in Trelawny in breach of the Disaster Risk Management Act.
Taxi operator 38 year old Donovan Mendez, otherwise called Zippy and 28-year-old farmer Rushane McFarlane of Rocky Spring in Trelawny were charged with breaching the Noise Abatement Act and the Disaster Risk Management Act.
