HOMELESS MAN DIES AFTER BEING SET ON FIRE

A homeless man died after he was set on fire in Kingston, early this morning (August 29). He has been identified as Lionel Johnson. Head of Operations in the Central Kingston Police Division, Deputy Superintendent Linval Phoenix said lawmen found Mr. Johnson on fire in the Heroes Circle Area at around 1am. DSP Phoenix said the police are investigating the incident.
