GOVT. TO MAKE PROVISIONS FOR SMALL FARMERS TO BENEFIT FROM GANJA

The Government will in the first quarter of this year, unveil a development programme for farmers in the ganja sector. Prime Minister Andrew Holness made the disclosure over the weekend.
