Two fans are reportedly suing the “Queen of Pop”, Madonna, for showing up late for her celebration tour at New York’s Barclay’s Centre in December.
According to her fans, the “Like a Virgin” singer breached her contract. They are also suing her for false advertising, negligent misrepresentation, and unfair and deceptive trade practices after allegedly arriving late for three of her shows during her tour.
The tour, which began in October 2023, faced several delays due to Madonna’s health. According to reports, she reportedly nearly died of a bacterial infection in June 2023 after falling unconscious in her New York apartment and subsequently spent several days in the ICU.
The fans acknowledged Madonna’s health issues but claimed that it was an insufficient excuse for her being two hours late.
