A Fulton County, Georgia judge has found probable cause to charge rappers Lil Durk and King Von with criminal attempt to commit murder.

Durk turned himself in to authorities last month after a warrant was issued for his arrest in connection with a February 2019 shooting outside of an Atlanta restaurant called the Varsity.

According to reports, prosecutors allege that Durk “is seen on video shooting a man near The Varsity while he was driving.”

According to Fulton County records, Lil Durk and King Von are each facing five felony charges: Criminal Attempt to Commit Murder; Aggravated Assault; Participation in Criminal Street Gang Activity; Possession of Firearm During the Commission of a Felony; and Possession of Firearm by a Convicted Felon.

Lil Durk’s attorney stated that his client maintains his innocence at this time.
