JAMAICA’S TONI ANN SINGH FINALLY PASS ON THE CROWN

Reigning Miss World, Toni Ann Singh, the longest title-holder in history finally gave up her miss world title last night.

The 70th Miss World 2021 title was given to Poland’s Karolina Bielawska with Shree Saini from the US as first runner-up and Olivia Yace from Cote d’Ivoire as second runner-up.

“When I heard my name, I was surprised, I still can’t believe it, I feel honoured,” said Karolina after being crowned by Toni-Ann Singh, who won the 2019 edition.

Toni Ann also took to the stage to perform her last song a rendition of Never Enough from The Greatest Showman, before crowning her successor.

The finals were hosted by British singer Peter Andre and Mexican star Fernando Allende, took place at the Coca-Cola Music Hall in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
