Offering Mentorship to the younger generation of local talents, is high on the agenda for Reggae Singer Gramps Morgan, of the Grammy-winning band, Morgan Heritage.
While admitting that talent is not a major concern, the singer says mentorship and support are the missing elements.
He says the journey to success should not be rushed.
He also explains his decision to invest in real estate in St. Thomas, having acquired lands in the Sun Coast Beach Club Housing Development.
