The Government will in the first quarter of this year, unveil a development programme for farmers in the ganja sector. Prime Minister Andrew Holness made the disclosure over the weekend. He says he has spoken with the Agriculture Minister to ensure the small farmers in the sector are protected as the global marijuana industry expands.
