Cardi B dropped a new track this morning called “Like What (Freestyle)” early Friday (March 1), and so far, it has received mixed reviews.
The video was directed by her previously estranged husband and fellow rapper, Offset.
The video already has over 11 million views on YouTube, and if the rap lyrics missed, the fashion choices did not! Cardi can be seen strolling in a mansion, clad in black two-piece fur, pink fur, and silver fits.
The song also pays homage to Missy Elliot’s 1999 hit “She’s a -,” which is sampled in the song. She also rocks diamond studs over her brows, similar to the look of Missy in the music video for that song.
Missy Elliot took to her Instagram account to share a side-by-side comparison of Cardi’s version of the “ba-dazzled” brows.
