The Met Office says there is a High Pressure Ridge across Jamaica and a Low-Level Jet Stream across the central Caribbean.
The High Pressure Ridge is expected to remain across Jamaica over the next few days. Expect windy and hazy conditions to persist, especially across southern parishes, due to the presence of the Low-Level Jet Stream and the Saharan Dust Plume.
