A grand jury has charged one police officer over the fatal shooting of Breonna Taylor at her home in the US state of Kentucky.
26 year old Taylor, a hospital emergency room technician, was shot multiple times during a police raid on March 13.
The family of Taylor have labelled the decision as “outrageous and offensive.”
