Police have identified the 82-year-old man who died in a motor vehicle crash on the Retirement main road in St Ann on Thursday, November 7.
He has been identified as Clifford Lawrence, a farmer of Retirement district, St. Ann.
Reports from the Brown’s Town police are that about 5:00 p.m., Lawrence was walking along the roadway when he was struck by a grey Toyota Corolla motor car.
The police were summoned and he was taken to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
The driver of the motor car has since been warned for prosecution.
Investigations continue.
