Twenty-one-year-old Simeon Anthony Sutherland of a Buff Bay address in Portland has been charged with the murder of Dr. Lynvale Bloomfield following a question and answer session with investigators today.
Dr. Bloomfield was found dead at his home in Portland with multiple stab wounds on February 2, 2019.
The suspect was later arrested and interrogated by the police but was later released. He was re-arrested after additional evidence connected him to the scene at the time of the murder.
His court appearance will be announced at a later date.
