An additional six COVID-19 related deaths and 63 new cases were recorded across Jamaica on Friday, according to the Ministry of Health and Wellness.
The deceased are an 83-year-old female, a 71-year-old female and a 52-year-old male from St Catherine addresses; a 58-year-old male from Westmoreland; a 95-year-old male from Clarendon; and an 87-year-old male of a Kingston and St Andrew address.
The latest fatalities bring the death toll from the coronavirus in Jamaica to 168.
