Dancehall producer Linval Thompson Jr., more popularly known as Shab Don heads to court today.
Shab Don will appear before the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court today Tuesday July 12 to answer to a bribery charge. The producer was accused of offering a police officer $2 million to remove an illegal firearm from his car before it was searched by police officers.
Thompson was, however, cleared of said charges back in April.
The embattled producer is also currently facing three counts of murder in St James and will make a bail application when he appears in front of the court on July 26.
Thompson was charged with the shooting deaths of 27-year-old Chadwell Frazer, otherwise called ‘Bomb Brain’ or ‘Chad’; 24-year-old Chamario ‘Chippy’ Calvin; and 26-year-old Toniann ‘Too Fly’ Reid, on Marl Road in Rose Heights on May 25.
