After what seems like an eternity, we may finally be getting new music from Rihanna.
As she celebrated her 2016 album ‘Anti’ becoming the first by a Black female artiste to spend five years on the Billboard 200 chart, the Bajan princess decided to tease her fans with the possibility of a new song coming “soon”.
Rihanna posted a video of the announcement on Instagram yesterday, with the caption, “grateful to the most High for putting die hard supporters in my circle #Anti#WomensHistoryMonth congrats to everyone that contributed to this era, thank you team”.
When a fan commented, “celebrate by releasing a song’ , Rihanna responded by saying “I think I should” with the “soon”. She followed up her comment with “Just 1 tho lol”.
Let’s hope we really do get a new track soon.
