Megan Thee Stallion is out here making “Hisstory”!
American rapper Megan Thee Stallion is excited that her latest single “Hiss” is currently the number one song on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
The diss track, which rehashed the feud between her and fellow rapper Nicki Minaj, is her first solo single to top the chart.
The 28-year-old rapper took to her Instagram live yesterday (February 5) to celebrate this major milestone—in true trolling style—with a bottle of Hennessy with a straw in it.
On Minaj’s ‘Big Foot’, which is her counteraction to “Hiss”, Nicki stated, “Your flow is such a bore/drinking a bottle of Henny through a straw”.
According to reports, the “Savage” rapper’s “Hiss” debuted with 29.2 million streams in its first week, 2.9 million radio airplay audience impressions, and 104,000 downloads sold from January 26th to February 1st.
On her IG Live, the Houston rapper also announced that she paid for the visuals for Hiss. She also premiered a snippet of a soon-to-be-released single called “Toxic.”
