Congratulations to Julian Marley and Antaeus.

This is Julian’s first ever win.

They won the have the won the Grammy for Best Reggae Album at the 66th annual awards for the album ‘Colors of Royal’.

Marley and Antaeus were nominated along with Beenie Man (Simma), Buju Banton (Born For Greatness), Burning Spear (No Destroyer), and Collie Buddz for ‘Cali Roots Riddim 2023’. Industry Analyst and Music Marketer Sean Contractor Edwards says Julian’s win is “deserving.”

Meantime, a number of social media users does believe that Julian won because of his name. He commented.

As for his predictions, Contractor had Burning Spear’s No Destroyer album on his winning list. However, he’s not surprise by Julian’s win.
