American rapper Marshall Matthers, popularly known as Eminem, dropped a diss track aimed at Benzino, a former publisher of Source Magazine, rapper, and father of singer Coi Leray.

The rapper released his new song with Lyrical Lemonade called “Doomsday Pt. 2” today, reigniting a beef from the early 2000s. According to People Magazine, the feud started when The Source magazine, which Benzino co-owned, gave Eminem’s critically acclaimed album “The Eminem Show” a 4/5 rating.

Benzino claimed that the beef had ended in March 2022; however, he criticised the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for inducting Eminem ahead of black musicians like Nas and Lauryn Hill.

The comedic diss track took shots at Benzino’s appearance, his relationship with Coii Leray, and a possible feature.

One section of the song that has folks giggling is “Now I got a riddle, one condition, you mustn’t laugh/ What is the opposite of Benzino? A giraffe… arm so short he can’t even touch his hands… when they’re above his head doin’ jumpin’ jacks.”

Benzino has yet to reply to Eminem’s latest diss.
