The Met Office says this Trough is expected to remain across Jamaica over the next few days.
On Thursday, a Tropical Wave is expected to move across the island.
This morning will see Isolated showers across northeastern parishes.
This afternoon expect cloudy conditions with showers and isolated thunderstorms especially across sections of southern parishes and hilly inland areas.
Tonight will see lingering late evening showers mainly across eastern parishes.
A Small Craft Warning is now in effect for inshore and offshore areas of the north and south coasts due to strong winds and rough seas in the vicinity of thundershowers.
Maximum temperature expected for Kingston and Montego Bay today is 32 degrees Celsius.
