Rapper, Wiz Khalifa is facing a potential nine month prison sentence in Romania after a court overturned an earlier decision that would have resulted in a fine.
The ruling stems from a July 2024 music festival performance where the rapper was accused of possessing and smoking cannabis on stage.
Authorities said he was found with more than 18 grams of cannabis.
While Wiz has not publicly commented on the latest development, reports say his legal team is in the process of appealing the decision.
