It seems that the more expensive the rings are these days, the cheaper they look.
This comes from the sight of American singer Katy Perry’s engagement ring that she received on Valentine’s day from her now fiancé, American Actor Orlando Bloom.
Even though the ring looks cute, it’s not the glamorous sparkling engagement ring that you’d normally see. The ring is designed to look like a cartoon drawing of a daisy flower but it’s actually surprising that the ring is worth more than you think.
According to the popular online blog, E! News, the president of New York-based company, WP Diamonds, Andrew Brown, says that “Katy’s engagement ring from Orlando would retail in the range of $5 million US dollars, what looks to be a 4-carat vivid pink oval shaped diamond arranged with eight white diamonds around it to assemble a flower- this ring is truly one-of-a-kind and wildly valuable.”
The announcement of the engagement had social media melting with joy, congratulating the two.
