Teenage spinner Vitel Lawes impressed again, claiming three wickets to briefly threaten New Zealand's chase before Tom Latham and Dean Foxcroft guided the visitors to victory.
New Zealand now lead the five-match series 2-1, leaving West Indies needing to win the remaining two matches in Barbados to secure the series.
