According to Variety Magazine, After 13 seasons, ‘The Wendy Williams Show;’ will officially come to an end this Friday.
A spokesperson for the show said that after nearly 14 years, “The final original episode of The Wendy Williams Show will air on Friday, June 17th, with a video tribute to the iconic host”.
Williams, 57, has been having a number of health issues including Graves disease and hyperthyroidism, for quite some time, which has impacted the workflow of her talk show.
Back in February, a source close to Wendy said that she would not be returning to the show for the rest of the season, but one month later Williams told Good Morning America about her plans to return, “I’m going to be back on the Wendy show, Bigger and brighter than ever”.
