During yesterday’s episode of The Wendy Williams Show, the talk show host, while discussing the allegations Britney made against her father and other members of the conservatorship team, said, “How dare you Mr. Spears, you had me fooled. And you too Mrs. Spears, Death to all of them”.

After the show was aired, fans of Wendy had a lot to say about her harsh comment. One Twitter user commented, “You went too far, @WendyWilliams. Support #FreeBritney, but you cannot wish death to anyone. Not cool and not ground anyone has the right to stand on,” another wrote, “Giving ur opinion on the topic is 1 thing but saying “DEATH. ALL OF U.” is a BIT MUCH”.

Britney Spears appeared in a LA court earlier this week for the first time to formally request an end to her conservatorship.

The conservatorship is a legal guardianship that has put her estate, financial assets and many other aspects of her personal life under the control of her father, Jamie Spears, since 2008.

In an emotional testimony, Britney told the court that she wanted to end her conservatorship because it was “abusive”. In her statement to the court, she said that under the conservatorship, an IUD was implanted in her body in an effort to prevent her from getting pregnant “I want to be able to get married and have a baby. I was told right now in the conservatorship, I’m not able to get married or have a baby… the conservatorship team don’t want me to have any more children”.
