Dancehall star Vybz Kartel surprised fans on Tuesday after revealing in a social media post that he is currently in Jamaica.
In a video shared on Instagram, the 49-year-old artist appeared wearing a white T-shirt featuring the logo of his newly launched charity, The Adidja Palmer Foundation.
The post comes just days after Kartel announced the foundation’s launch, stating that its first initiative will support Jamaicans affected by Hurricane Melissa, which has claimed 32 lives.
Kartel added that the foundation aims to stand with communities in times of crisis, providing relief, support, and hope to those most in need.
