Kartel's return to the U.S. was made possible after his visa was reinstated in early 2025, nearly two decades after it was revoked in 2005.
Elsewhere in the interview, he was asked by Charlamagne about being crowned the King of the Dancehall.
Vybz Kartel is set perform at Brooklyn's Barclays Center on Friday and Saturday ... his first concert in the United States after serving over a decade behind bars.
