Veteran journalist Owen James has died.
According to reports Mr. James, a media practitioner with over 50 years of experience, died yesterday.
The Press Association of Jamaica (PAJ) remembers him as a trailblazer in business journalism, noting the lasting impact he had on the local media landscape.
Mr. James began his career at the Gleaner Company, later becoming the editor of The Star, and played a key role in shaping journalism in Jamaica.
