Veteran Dancehall Artiste Nardo Ranks Passes

Veteran dancehall artiste, Nardo Ranks has died. 

The singer who rose to fame for his single "Dem A Bleach" and singles like "Ryker's Island," featuring Cocoa Tea, and "Burrup," passed over the weekend.

Nardo Ranks, whose real name is Gary Henderson, was discovered in the 1980s with his debut single, which features Wayne Wonder, called "Wha Happen Sound Boy." He then continued to do music in the 80s to late 90s until he migrated to the US, where he continued his work in the entertainment industry as an actor and a deejay.
