The University of the West Indies UWI, Mona says it is investigating the sale of certificates purporting to be undergraduate and post graduate degrees conferred by the institution.
In a news release today (Fri), the university said the matter is “highly concerning” and condemned the actions of those involved in the illegal activity.
It also advised employers, educational institutions and all others concerned to be vigilant and on the alert for the counterfeit documents.
