The parents of a teenager suspected of a deadly school shooting have denied charges of involuntary manslaughter following their arrest today (Sat).

James and Jennifer Crumbley were found hiding in a Detroit basement having failed to show up in court on Friday.

The judge set bail at $500,000 each after agreeing with prosecutors that the Crumbleys posed a flight risk.

They are accused of ignoring warning signs before their son’s alleged rampage.

Prosecutors say 15 year old Ethan Crumbley, used his father’s gun to shoot classmates in the nearby Michigan town of Oxford, killing four and wounding seven.
