Minister of National Security, Dr. Horace Chang says the security forces will be taking a two step approach to curb crime and violence in Central Kingston.
There has been an upsurge in violence in the constituency over the last few weeks.
Dr. Chang, Police Commissioner Major General Antony Anderson and other stakeholders, visited the area to speak with residents.
During the tour, Dr. Chang said the residents expressed that they would like to see an end to the violence.
He has assured that the issue will be adequately addressed.
