The police are advising members of the public that an additional two groups have been added to the list of 52 categories of persons that are allowed to traverse to and from work during the three-day, no-movement period.
The additions are as follows:
1. Money transfer and remittance agents.
2. Persons employed at, or who operate, farm stores
In addition to these two groups, churches were yesterday permitted to operate and will again be allowed on Sunday, August 29 and Sunday, September 5.
The Police are however, reminding all persons who fall into the exempt categories to ensure that they have proper identification, and where necessary, authorization letters, to establish the legitimacy of their claim when stopped by the Police.
