Two men were, on Wednesday, charged with the offences of Murder, Illegal Possession of Firearm and Ammunition following an incident Fleet Street, Kingston on Sunday, May 30,.
The men have been identified as:
· 25-year-old O’ Kung Douglas of Fleet Street, Kingston and
· 25-year-old Kadeem Manning, otherwise called ‘Crowbar’ of Foster Lane, Kingston
Reports are that about 3:53 a.m., 38-year-old Towan Ellis, otherwise called ‘Hathead’, was at his home when he was pounced upon by a group of armed men who opened ginfire at him. The Police were alerted and Ellis taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Douglas and Manning were arrested on Friday,September 10.
Their court date has been finalised.
