TURBULENCE TO HEADLINE JAMHURI DAY CELEBRATION

Jamaican reggae artiste Turbulence, is set to headline the Jamhuri Day Celebration in Victoria, Australia come December 11 as apart of his world wide ‘The Remedy Tour’.

Turbulence is set to take the stage alongside Musiamo, Dj Double Trouble and Dj Kalonje, who are all from Kenya.

Due to the significance of this celebration, Kenyan’s from all over the globe will take the time out to observe the day. Atendees will not only enjoy the performances, but they will be able to enjoy Kenyan cuisine, political speeches, and parades.

Jamhuri Day (Republic Day) is a national holiday in Kenya, celebrated on 12 December each year. Jamhuriis the Swahili word for “republic” and the holiday is meant to officially mark the date when Kenya became a republic on 12 December 1964.
