This groundbreaking initiative aims to revolutionize the entertainment sector by providing world-class training and career-changing opportunities for musical artistes, event producers, and other industry professionals.
Operated by the Tourism Enhancement Fund (TEF), TEA is more than an academy it’s a movement, and a legacy in the making.
It is designed to nurture and elevate Jamaica’s talents, offering expert training and real-world performance opportunities in several genres including reggae, jazz and comedy.
