The rapper started a petition on change.org to protest unfair treatment of black men.
Tory, who is currently facing felony assault charges relating to the shooting of Megan Thee Stallion, claims that black men are being targeted and their livelihoods are at risk, “STAND FOR US … WE ARE THE BACK BONE OF CULTURE” he tweeted.
Tory took to Twitter on Tuesday afternoon to share the petition. “I Just made this …because someone has to”. Lanez is now urging persons to, “Keep our Black men on Coachella and all other festivals”.
This comes days after one was created to prevent Kanye West from performing at the Coachella festival next month which has garnered over 32,000 signatures.
Tory’s petition currently has around 400 signatures.
