The Meteorological Service has discontinued the Flash Flood Watch for low lying and flood prone areas of all parishes effective immediately.
Satellite imagery and rainfall reports indicated a decrease in showers across northern parishes throughout last night.
The forecast is for weather conditions to gradually improve across the island as the atmosphere becomes more stable.
