A total of 100 thousand tickets have already been sold for the biggest sporting event in Hungary’s history, the World Athletics Championships 2023 in Budapest 2023.
This comes just over a month after tickets went on sale.
Demand for the World Championships, to be held at the National Athletics Centre from August 19 to 27 , has exceeded the expectations of World Athletics, with the tickets selling at a phenomenal speed.
Following Hungary, Great Britain tops the list of ticket-buying countries, then the United States of America, and Germany.
