Thousands of patrons flocked Plantation Cove, in St. Ann for the 2nd staging of Intimate Concert, featuring Reggae Legends Beres Hammond & Buju Banton.
The event also saw performances from Marcia Griffiths, Romain Virgo, I-Wayne, Wayne Wonder, Bugle, Empress Ayeola, Peter Metro & Wicker Man.
Many however, took to social media to voice their concern about the traffic heading into St. Ann. Some persons say it took them 4-5 hours to get to the venue. During his performance, Reggae Star Buju Banton called on the authorites to provide a solution to the congestion, while he issued an apology for the delay.
The Police had earlier issued a release to the media, indicating that it had instituted physical changes and operational procedures to facilitate the smooth flow of traffic along the North Coast Highway in the vicinity of Plantation Cove.
However, that did not go as smoothly as expected.
