The Ellen show is now reportedly increasing employee benefits in an attempt to make its upcoming season more successful for everyone. Earlier this week the Zee reported that the show had separated from three of its top senior producers amid an internal investigation into the show’s uncomfortable work environment.
According to Variety magazine, the show is implementing several new benefits for its staff, including increased paid time off and a new medical leave policy. Employees will now be receiving birthdays off, five paid days off, paid time off for doctors appointments and family matters.
Since benefits have increased, it is stated that employee morales have also increased and they also have A new human resource executive on board and is present to provide an open ear to all staff members.
