Pop star Taylor Swift’s catalogue saw a major boost in streams since she announced her 12th studio album called "The Life of a Showgirl", which is set to be released on October 3rd.
According to Luminate, from August 12 to 14, her songs earned nearly 110 million official U.S. on-demand streams, a 57% jump from the 70 million streams recorded from August 8 to 10.
The Swifties did their "thang" and ranked up the streams after the "Wildest Dreams" singer made an appearance on her bae's, Travis Kelce’s, ‘New Heights’ podcast on August 12th.
Taylor's 2019 single "False God" also spiked after being featured in the August 13th episode of Amazon's "The Summer I Turned Pretty", soaring 383% to 1.2 million streams from August 13 to 15.
