His mother, Titania Davenport, argues she should receive the bulk of the funds, citing her role as his primary caregiver and lifelong financial support.
His father, Kenneth Ball, is seeking an equal share of the settlement despite acknowledging he was largely absent during the rapper’s upbringing.
The case also includes a separate legal disagreement over whether Georgia or Texas should oversee the proceedings.
