T.I. and Tameka “Tiny” Harris are in the clear when it comes to their sexual assault case in Los Angeles.
According to reports, the couple will not be charged for allegedly sexually assaulting and drugging a woman back in 2005.
Prosecutors declined to move forward with the case because it fell outside of the statute of limitations, which is 10 years.
Earlier this year, the woman filed a police report accusing the Paper Trail emcee and his wife of the abuse after meeting them at a club.
A similar outcome took place earlier this year with the Harris’ sexual assault case in Las Vegas.
Back in May, authorities dismissed the case against T.I. and Tiny because it also fell outside of the statute of limitations. A woman claimed she was drugged and sexually assaulted by the couple in 2010. She allegedly met Tiny at an airport and she invited the woman to hang out with them.
