A peer support programme is being developed to help staff of the Department of Corrections deal with stress management.
Commissioner of Corrections Brigadier retired Radgh Mason says other resources will also be provided.
He notes that the work environment can be stressful and says focus will be placed on the well being of staff with several mental health initiatives to be implemented.
