St Lucia has announced that they are having Carnival 2022- dubbed ‘The Vaxxed Mas’.
St Lucia’s carnival is one of the country’s biggest cultural displays and has grown to become one of biggest carnivals in the region.
After several consultations between stakeholders and the Government, the Cabinet of Ministers have decided that the country will host Carnival 2022. according to health protocols revellers, patrons, support staff and service providers must be fully vaccinated to ensure the safety of the general public.
It is also noted that strict guidelines and protocols will be implemented and the authorities will ensure strict adherence in an effort to safeguard the health and well-being of all participants.
