Spain has closed its airspace to US planes linked to attacks on Iran, according to Defence Minister Margarita Robles.
The government also refused use of the Morón and Rota bases, stressing it will not support actions tied to the conflict.
Foreign Minister José Manuel Albares said the move aims to avoid escalating the war.
Meanwhile, Donald Trump warned of a possible trade embargo, as Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez continues to oppose the US-led strikes.
